Catching up on posts that have been in the draft file for quite a long time.... 2012 was the first year I decorated floats for the Rose Parade. As a 4-H leader for the San Fernando Valley 4-H Club, I supervised our kids in decorating at Festival Artists in Azuza. It was breathtaking to see all the flowers and the pace everyone worked!
