Flan in Los Angeles


The March 2007 issue of Latina Magazine had this article on Flans all over America. My mom makes a great caramel flan, so I immediately thought to take my folks to these LA restaurants when they visit, especially La Serenata de Garibaldi, where the article mentions the flan is only five bucks! We've yet to make it there, but my folks will be here for a week and a half this month over Easter. I'm scanning this tip and shredding the paper!
