Vintage Button Craft Pins

I'm doing a craft fair at the end of the month, and I'm putting a basket of these pretty pins on my sell table. I made them from notions bought at a craft store, pin backings, and vintage buttons from my own collection. Suggestions for use are decorating pillows, purses, jackets, hats or other clothing.

Here are the notions I bought as a package that inspired me:

Here's my favorite one:

Here's how I finished the back of that one, basically just a simple figure eight stitch:
I thought for the craft fair I would pin them all to a pillow and prop the pillow up on the table.

What other marketing suggestions do you have for me? How much do you think I should sell the pins for? Do you count your time into your costs when selling homemade items? Give me some advice in a comment below.

  1. From Trudy Walker:
I think the hardest thing about selling hand crafts is pricing them. I think you should add up all your supplies and mark it up 100%. I wouldn't count your time since it's a craft you enjoy that is payment enough for your time. Just my personal opinion.
