I just found out about the Los Angeles International Chocolate Salon, coming to Pasadena in October. I'm definitely going to contact them about volunteering to gain entrance! Highlights include Premium Chocolate Tasting, Artisan Chocolate Demos, Chef & Author Talks, and Wine & Beverage Tasting. All tastings and events are included with entry.
