Stained Glass Kaleidoscope

Stained Glass Sunday: Yep, I've made a couple of three-dimensional items. This is a kaleidoscope I made using copper foil and patinaed to a dark finish. I loved this red textured glass, and saved it for special projects. The color wheels for this kaleidoscope are layered with pressed flowers. I think you can also see the evenness of my soldering in these pictures. I didn't have the capacity at the time to do any photography of the interior image--now I wish I had done so. I sold this as a gift item.

What are your favorite items to view through a kaleidoscope? Leave me a comment on the blog.
